Akhilesh Yadav, the young Chief minister of Uttar Pradesh has come up with many novel initiatives to reform the medical facilities in the state. From setting up dialysis machines in every area to providing free treatment for incurable diseases, the state has come a long way in the last 4 years. To keep innovating, the UPCM has directed the chief secretary of the state to form a review committee for the medical policies of the state.

The Akhilesh Government is working on Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2016. Hence, the CM has asked the committee to provide and reconsider central act rules from 2010, for implementation. He is well aware of the problems faced by the patients and has asked to work on an action plan in order to solve them.

Akhilesh Yadav met with a group of delegates from Indian Medical Association and they discussed how to improve the medical facilities further in villages. He has asked the committee to come up with plans and share it with him. The state government’s efforts in this direction by the institution for cooperation will benefit the rural population.

UPCM understands the importance of improving the facilities in the state, for the people to upgrade their overall living standards. Social Samajwadi appreciates that!
